GoGreen index: How are the measurements calculated?

The table below explains the calculations used for each of the measurements that make up the GoGreen index. 

Each action has a different weighting, according to how crucial it is. The more crucial an action is, the greater impact it will have on a department’s index score. The column to the far right shows if the action has a high, medium or low impact level.

Measurement description
Measures if there is a submitted forecast less than 30 days old and the next 3 months have a submitted forecast.
Measures whether consumption figures have been entered in the cockpit during the last 31 days.
Compares Live forecast for the current month to the target.
Movements in "My Tasks" over the past 30 days.
Movements in "My Tasks" over the past 90 days.
Consumption during non-operational hours (01:00 to 05:00) compared to the same period last year.
Measures how often cockpit was viewed. The goal is 4 times in 30 days.
Measures how often cockpit was viewed. The goal is 1 time in 30 days.
Measures the guest environmental feedback score. The goal is a score of 8 or above.
Measures how often learning cockpit was viewed. The goal is 1 time in 30 days.
Measures actual consumption for past days and Live forecast values for future days compared to target for the current year. For a score of 8/10, users need to be equal to or below the target consumption.
If the actual usage is +20% or higher compared to the PMI predicted values, and the occupancy level is lower than 50%, and M&E is low or zero, then it is a misalignment.
