The Data Upload Centre is where you manually upload various types of data, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, CO2 factors and KPI targets.

Anyone with controller rights can access this feature.

Access the Data Upload Centre via the Administration column in the main menu.

Create or download a template, or use a previously exported sheet.  

1. Fill in the template with your data.
2. Click Import Files to upload.
3. Choose an upload method:  
   1. Drag and drop the file into the gray box. OR
   2. Click on the gray box to open the File Explorer.
      1. Go to the folder where the file is saved. 
      2. Select the file and click Open. 
4. Click Next. 
5. Validate the data.
6. Click Next.  
7. Choose the transaction type corresponding to your uploaded file’s data. 
8. Choose an existing mapping (or create a new mapping and give it a unique name).
9. Assign the fields in your upload file to specified PMI fields.  
10. Review your mapping.
11. Click Save.
12. Click Next.
13. Validate the data.
