A reminder of what does Non-Rooms Live forecast do?

The Non-Rooms Live forecast helps you plan and monitor expected non-room revenue and activity drivers, such as food and beverage or other ancillary areas. It combines On-the-Books data with expected pickup so you can build a realistic forecast that supports staffing, cost control, and operational planning.

What’s new?

PMI Prediction is now available for Non-Rooms Live forecast with OTB imports, same as what you have in the Rooms live forecast today. It automatically suggests a daily forecast value based on historical patterns, seasonality, and recent trends specific to your property.

What changed?

Instead of starting every forecast manually, PMI now provides an automated prediction as a starting point. The prediction:

  • Updates daily as new data is received
  • Can be reviewed with detailed prediction insights
  • Can be overridden manually when you expect a different outcome

When you take over a day manually, your Live forecast value is saved and remains fixed until you return the day to automatic forecasting.

This update helps you:

  • Build forecasts faster
  • Respond earlier to changes in demand
  • Make more confident planning decisions based on data

You stay in control at all times and can adjust the forecast when local knowledge or special events require it.

How to use it

You’ll see PMI Prediction values directly in the Non-Rooms Live forecast with existing OTB imports .

  • Review the prediction value and its details
  • Take over a day manually if needed
  • Return to automated forecasting at any time

Who gets it?

Non-Rooms PMI Prediction is available only for chains where the feature has been activated by d2o.
