How Can We Improve This Article?

1. Home – Labor cockpit productivity status tiles

  • Red = hours above forecast → possible inefficiency or overstaffing.
  • Amber = cockpit not saved → planning discipline issue.

2. Management Perspective – “Hours MTD / Month-end” table

  • Red rows = overspend or unsaved cockpit (same logic as above, but shown side-by-side for every department).

3. RevPOLU (Home or Management Perspective)

  • Falling RevPOLU = revenue is not keeping up with labour hours.

4. GM Daily Digest – Key insights & Watchlist

  • Automatic plain-language alerts plus KPI tiles with red/amber badges let GMs see problem areas without drilling into each cockpit.

5. PMI Adoption Index

  • Amber/Red score = team isn’t using PMI routines consistently; often the root cause behind the red tiles above.

Ignore technical-health tiles (Integration Status, Data-source Status) unless you’re troubleshooting missing data – they do not reflect team performance.
