The following changes only apply to the new view of Rooms Live forecast which is currently in Pilot phase with selected properties.

Update to Sense checks

An enhancement has been made to the new view of Rooms Live forecast. This is primarily an update to the UI and usability of the Sense check alerts found in both the data table and graph view in the new view of Rooms Live forecast.

The main changes:

1. Hover over a cell to see the sense check message (no need to click).

2. Text is updated to give clearer message about why there is an alert.

3. Available actions for alerts are re-named ‘Remove alert’ and ‘Snooze alert’.

4. New ‘side panel’ added to both table view and graph view so that sense check alerts can be reviewed as a list and not just one by one in the table.

Note: this is collapsed by default. Click the blue arrow on the right side of the page to expand.

5. Update of the alert overview chart to make it easier to review the next 12 months and see which months have most sense check alerts.

Other UI updates

Other changes in this release are found in the main graph view.

1. The OTB Room nights change chart is updated with clearer UI and updated tooltips. This chart is found in the graph view mode (below the graph).

2. Smaller changes to the UI of the data table in the pop-up from the graph view.

3. Updates to labelling and tooltips in the OTB Change graph in the pop-up from graph view.

4. Access to the PMI forecast pop-up from the graph view pop-up, and updates to the UI of the PMI forecast algorithm pop-up.
