What’s new
We’ve improved GoGreen period locking to provide clearer warnings, better visibility of locked resources, and more flexibility when managing GoGreen account mappings. As part of this update, Extended lock has been renamed to Full lock.
Why is this useful?
These improvements help you:
- Better understand how Full lock affects imported and manually entered data.
- Prevent accidental changes to Full lock settings.
- Map new GoGreen accounts without being blocked by locked periods.
- Easily identify data that could not be imported because of period locks.
What has changed?
- Extended lock is now called Full lock throughout PMI.
- Full lock is permanent. Once enabled and saved for a resource, it cannot be disabled.
- Improved confirmation and warning messages clearly explain the impact of enabling Full lock or reopening locked periods.
- Full lock indicators make it easier to identify resources using Full lock.
- New GoGreen account mappings can now be created even when locked periods exist. Existing mapping behaviour remains unchanged.
- Import status now shows when data from a new mapped account could not be imported because of a period lock.
