If your FTE Budget values disappear after saving and the department is locked on Productivity, check that both the cost-driver budget and productivity value are entered for the relevant period. These are needed for PMI to save the FTE Budget value.

For example, if Front Office uses Room nights as its cost driver and no Room nights Budget has been saved, complete that budget before continuing with labor values.

What to check

  1. Select the correct property, budget year and month in Budget & forecast.
  2. Check whether the department is locked on Productivity and which cost driver it uses.
  3. Enter and save the cost-driver budget for that period—for example, Room nights.
  4. Ensure the department has a productivity value for the same period, then complete and save the labor budget.
  5. Refresh the page to check that the values remain.

If the values still disappear after these checks, use Contact support and include the property, department, budget year and month, and a screenshot.
