This is a guide to do manual report exports from PMS Opera

This guide outlines how to manually export historical reports from Opera PMS to support the initial setup of PMI and ensure a complete import of historical data.

Report 1: Res_statistic 1

  • Run this report once with the date range: January 1st (last year) to yesterday.
  • Export the file in .txt format.

Report 3: Trial Balance

  • This report must be exported daily for each historical date.
  • For one full year, this means 365 separate files (from January 1st last year up to yesterday).
  • File naming convention: trial_balanceDDMMYY.txt
    • Example: trial_balance010123.txt for January 1st, 2023.

Before exporting all files, please generate one sample trial_balance file and send it to bre@d2o.com for format validation.

Submission Instructions

  • Ensure all files are saved in .txt format.
  • Do not export or send PDF files – they are not compatible with PMI.
  • Once confirmed, save and send all files to bre@d2o.com.
  • To simplify the process, we recommend sending the Trial Balance reports one month at a time.
    For example, send 12 emails for the full year of 2023, each containing the daily reports for one month.
