The Last Year productivity column in Budget & Forecast may display as 0.00, even though actuals (hours, room nights, revenue) exist for the period.
Symptoms
- In Budget & Forecast, LY productivity = 0.
- In Cockpit, LY hours are visible.
- In Live Forecast, LY cost drivers are visible.
- Despite this, productivity is not calculated in Budget & Forecast.
Cause
This might not be a bug.
- Budget & Forecast only displays the last saved Cost Driver values.
- If past months were never saved in Cockpit, LY productivity appears as 0.
Resolution
- Open Budget & Forecast → Cost Driver tool.
- Click Save/Update.
- This re-calculates the cost drivers for all periods (may take 5–10 minutes).
- Refresh Budget & Forecast → LY productivity should display correctly as soon as the update is completed.
Notes
- If the issue affects multiple hotels in a chain, support can trigger an auto-save across all cockpits to backfill past years.
- For individual hotels, users can apply the fix manually as described above.
