To trigger a new export in Planday, go to Settings > Portal settings section > Scheduled jobs

The transfer runs on a schedule, specific for each portal. To trigger a “manual” transfer, the time
must be changed to a time in the near future. For example, if you are missing an import at 07:00, you can change the export time to 07:30 and Planday will generate the report.
