Instructions

A general rule is that PMI exports according to the view you have on the screen. If you are currently showing codes, it will be exported with codes. Therefore, remember to save your schedule before you export or print your schedule. An overview of used codes will also be exported/printed underneath the schedule. Choose between Excel (e.g. if you want to add your own text) or PDF (usually the nicest export for printing purposes). You can also choose between full month and weekly exports.

The schedule will also be printed in color with same colors as in the schedule.
