Consolidation OTB enhancement

An enhancement has been made to the Consolidation OTB module.

Previously, a consolidation view was only available for Rooms, but it is now enabled for all non-room organizational units that have OTB selected in the Live forecast. Some examples of non-rooms organizational units are Meeting & Events, F&B, Meeting & Events, Other, Restaurant, Spa, etc.
