Data specification sheet
The GoGreen Data specification sheet is designed to assist in setting up sustainability data integration with PMI. Using the data specification sheet ensures a seamless and efficient data integration process into the PMI software suite, enabling better environmental management and reporting.
These documents provide detailed data requirements across various environmental metrics, including:

How your data reaches PMI

The data journey has four main steps:
- Export: Prepare the source data in the format agreed with d2o.
- Transfer: Send the data using the agreed API, SFTP or email integration.
- Validate and map: PMI checks the incoming data and maps it to the appropriate fields.
- Use in PMI: Access the processed data in PMI for planning, reporting and performance follow-up.
See the technical specification for data integration for the full integration process.
Integration options
- API integration: Follow the provided guidelines to set up API integration with login credentials and specifications.
- SFTP details: Share SFTP details for data transfer.
- File format: Excel and CSV.
