Overview
PMI onboarding, training courses, and certification activities are hosted on TalentLMS, a separate learning management platform.
Users access TalentLMS through a transparent login from within PMI, which takes them to their personal training dashboard.
Although TalentLMS is accessible through PMI, it operates independently and manages all training-related activities.
Training and Onboarding Questions
All questions related to onboarding courses, training activities, assignments, quizzes, course progress, completion requirements, and certifications belong to the TalentLMS training environment.
These activities are managed outside PMI, and their status or progress cannot be checked or modified through PMI.
Where to Get Help
For questions or issues related to onboarding or training, users should contact their Benefits Realization Enablement (BRE) or User Adoption Coach, or their organization’s internal PMI project contact.
Alternatively, users can contact PMI Support, who can forward the request to the appropriate team.

Important
TalentLMS is a separate platform from PMI.
Training-related issues should therefore be directed to the appropriate training contact rather than investigated as PMI functionality issues.
